We're looking for Care Assistants, to support residents to enjoy restful nights at our Haddenham Park  care home, Aylesbury.

●       With the support and kindness of your team, you’ll work closely with residents, their families & external health professionals to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.

●       From personal care & companionship throughout the night, your kindness and willingness will ensure that residents' needs are always looked after.

●       You'll be passionate about encouraging & supporting residents to reach even the smallest achievements.

●       Through the relationships you'll build, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified.

●       You'll be someone who pays attention to the details, thriving on being organised.

●       You'll be happy to work weekends to support your team when needed.
